Update on MaineHousing Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) Funds

This past winter saw a significant increase in households receiving fuel assistance through the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). MaineHousing and its Community Action Agency partners, including WCAP, have provided $48 million in fuel assistance this year. Last year at this time, we had provided just $25 million.
