Please take note of the following important change to the Mid-Coast Connector cancellation policy for all MaineCare transportation.
Effective July 1, 2022 we will require a 24-hour notice from the scheduled time of pick up to cancel transportation.
Cancellations less than 24 hours from the scheduled time of pick up will be subject to the No-Show policy.
