Please join the conversation on Wednesday, October 16, in-person, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Rockland City Office, 270 Pleasant Street, for the Knox County Public Transportation Advisory Work Group (K-TAWG). We'd like to express our sincere gratitude to the community partners and volunteers involved in the Neighbor 4 Neighbor program. This year, the program provided 750 households with Thanksgiving baskets, 943 households with holiday food for the Christmas season and 901 children with gifts. From the fire departments and volunteers who help us deliver holiday food boxes countywide to the many businesses, organizations, and individuals who purchase gifts for kids, this program is truly a community effort.
