Early Childhood Director

The Early Childhood Director is responsible for the support, development, implementation, and operation of department services and advancing the community reach of those services.  The Director is responsible for the continuation and compliance with program contracts including Head Start/Early Head Start and required Licensing Standards.  Ensures Policies and procedure are in place for program operations.  In partnership with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other members of the senior management team, the EC Director helps to lead the corporation and assure compliance with the mission, goals, and strategic objectives by supporting agency functions and providing consultation, training, and expertise.  This is a supervisory position with the primary duty of overseeing all operations and staff related activities in support of client, and community needs for quality early childhood programing while supporting the increased self-sufficiency of families living in poverty or managing very low incomes.

Starting Hourly Rate:$75,000+ dependent on experience

Transit Systems Operations Manager

The Transit Systems Operations Manager is responsible for managing all systems necessary to ensure Transit Systems operational excellence. Responsible for meeting all assigned contract requirements and performance standards. Responsible for providing leadership, management, and oversight of all transportation services delivery on a day to day basis. Works with the Transit Systems Director to plan, implement, and evaluate quality of service and to continuously improve effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of all services.

Executive Assistant/Communications Specialist

The Executive Assistant/Communications Specialist is responsible for administrative support systems including reception, supplies, file maintenance, meeting logistics, and special projects.  The Executive Assistant provides direct support to the CEO, Board of Directors and the administrative team including the CFO, Human Resources and Director of Development assisting with advancing the community presence and perception of the Agency in the community, including marketing, fundraising and community outreach efforts by the agency.  Exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance affecting daily operations of the administration and operations of special projects.  Maintains confidentiality of information and activities as needed and supports the effective flow of communication within the organization. This position supports effective internal and external communications and the implementation of key public relations strategies, in alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan. Primary responsibilities include creating messaging and content designed to communicate and reinforce WCAP programs, services, resource development and work plans.

Resource Advocate/Case Manager

The Resource Advocate/Case Manager meets program and client needs by managing program referrals, assuring a high quality of care/service to program clients, provides for ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual client needs specific to building self-sufficiency in families. The Resource Advocate/Case Manager works with the Community Services Director to assist in reporting functions, including state and federal mechanisms and databases for tracking consumers of services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: promotional work for the program, assessing needs of the clients served; assuring compliance with program requirements, including reporting requirements; assure and promote coordination with internal and external providers, referral sources and community partners; and provides direct care and assessment for program clients. The Resource Advocate/Case Manager assists in the development of program plans, policies, and procedures and the implementation of those plans, policies and procedures at the program level. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the caliber of client management and satisfaction, in order to improve their quality of life. Align with agency mission in all aspects of work.

Information Technology Manager

The Information Technology Manager will lead our IT staff and provide oversight and management of our corporate networks, applications, systems, data, virtual platforms, and backup systems. The manager will assess and manage ongoing maintenance needs and upgrades to our networks and systems in a cost-effective way to meet our needs now and in the future. The IT Manager will be responsible for developing an Annual Technology Plan including network maintenance and growth plans, assist with creating annual and project budgets, and coordinate with the leadership team on the latest application and networking technologies. The Manager will develop and execute plans to achieve operational goals ensuring IT system continuity. The Manager ensures phone systems, IT Network, server and end user functionality, stability, and security, supporting a 24x7x365 mission critical HIPAA environment.

Starting Annual Salary: $55,000-$60,000+ dependent on experience

Transit Systems Administrative Assistant

The Transit Systems Administrative Assistant primarily works to documents and member feedback and provide general administrative office management related support. Secondarily this position facilitates daily mailings, mass mailings, general office organization, records management, calendar management, and assists as needed with other projects and brokerage meeting coordination.
