Due to inclement weather conditions, all WCAP offices will be closed today to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients. We will reopen for normal business tomorrow, weather permitting. Mid-Coast Public Transportation will be cancelled today with some exceptions. Please note that cancellations do include both Belfast and Rockland DASH.

This is part of a long-range plan to grow and strengthen the organization, which will be celebrating its 55th anniversary later this year.
