Thank You to Our Neighbor for Neighbor Partners!

We'd like to express our sincere gratitude to the community partners and volunteers involved in the Neighbor 4 Neighbor program. This year, the program provided 750 households with Thanksgiving baskets, 943 households with holiday food for the Christmas season and 901 children with gifts. From the fire departments and volunteers who help us deliver holiday food boxes countywide to the many businesses, organizations, and individuals who purchase gifts for kids, this program is truly a community effort. MaineHousing Water Assistance Program Now Open

Applications for MaineHousing's Maine Water Assistance Program are now being accepted. The Maine Water Assistance Program is a limited-time program to assist Maine residents who may have fallen behind or had difficulty paying their drinking water and wastewater bills.  The program provides direct payments to water and sewer utilities on behalf of customers. This program is available to income-qualified Maine households who receive their water through public water or wastewater utilities and have an account in their name.
