FINANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE DATA ENTRY CLERK


Responsible for accurate & efficient data entry for all client trips within the Brokerage, using all required software systems. Archiving, uploading, and auditing of trips, and payment document preparation. Trip and member validation for FFN and Providers to ensure compliancy against the Brokerage contract to reduce risk. All aspects of customer service, processing mail, answering incoming calls, and Accounts Payable transactions. Align with agency mission in all aspects of work.

LIHEAP CLIENT SERVICES INTAKE CLERK


Responsible for shared reception and intake duties for the Outreach/Referral Office. Duties include, but not limited to answering telephone, setting up appointments, meeting & greeting visitors, assist with application intake process, collect accurate data and information, making appropriate referrals to other services and programs and intake duties at other sites in Waldo County. COMMUNITY PROJECTS COORDINATOR


The Community Projects Coordinator is responsible for furthering the agency’s mission by increasing visibility in the community. The Community Projects Coordinator actively works to reduce stigma by creating materials and tools to convey program information to the public that are on-brand and on-message. Responsible for strengthening volunteer and donor tracking and relationships. Acts as support for community projects and events put on by the Community Projects department annually and actively participates in community needs assessments and Results Oriented Management Accountability (ROMA). Aligns all actions to support WCAP mission by ensuring policies and procedures demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior.
