That will be the focus for WCAP and its staff as it heads into 2017, following a 5-year strategic planning process that spanned from late spring to early fall. The WCAP Board of Directors voted unanimously at their December 8, 2016 meeting to adopt the above mission statement, replacing the agency’s prior mission statement, “To create opportunities for people to improve their quality of life.”
