Concerned about rapidly rising fuel prices? Are your windows drafty? Insulating window inserts from the non-profit WindowDressers can make your home more comfortable. WCAP Requesting Proposals for Building Project

Waldo Community Action Partners (Waldo CAP), a private, non-profit 503(c) organization located in Belfast, Maine, is requesting proposals to help establish a building project vision for a 78-acre parcel of land located in Belfast, Maine.  Contract would likely begin summer of 2022 for a period of one year, with renewal options.  Due date for proposal submission is May 16, 2022.  For the full RFP document, please email rfp@waldocap.org.
