Waldo Community Action Partners’ Heroes 4 Hunger program has been hard at work planning and fundraising for one of Waldo County’s largest annual collaborative efforts— its Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Box Projects. Soon, the Troy A. Howard Middle School gymnasium in Belfast will be filled with enough food to feed nearly 1,000 households in Waldo County for Thanksgiving.
